Various types of stalls should use operating facilities of a uniform style specified by relevant departments. Article 8 For all types of construction projects carried out in the Dalian Railway Station area, the construction unit must obtain approval procedures from relevant departments and file with the railway station area management agency before construction. Fences and safety facilities must be set up around the construction site in accordance with regulations; construction vehicles are not allowed to drive in or out by rolling mud. Article 9 Setting up outdoor advertisements, plaques and other facilities and hanging slogans and other promotional materials on buildings, structures and various public facilities in the Dalian Railway Station area shall be in accordance with the provisions of the "Dalian Urban Outdoor Advertising and Plaque Facilities Management Measures" Go through the formalities and keep them in good condition and tidy.
