Civilian personnel training is divided into

Pre-job training, on-the-job training and professional training.

1. Pre-job training: mainly aimed at newly recruited civilian personnel, aiming at understanding the basic situation, nature and purpose, fine traditions and fundamental functions of civilian personnel. We will also learn relevant rules and regulations and basic business training to improve the quality and post ability to adapt to the work.

2. On-the-job training: On-the-job civilian personnel are provided with business knowledge learning and job skills training, focusing on improving their ability to perform their duties.

3. Professional training: this is a kind of centralized training, focusing on the improvement of professional theoretical knowledge and professional skills, thus improving the academic level and professional quality of civilian personnel.
