Patients with body temperature ≥37.3℃ should fill in the registration form of novel coronavirus infection screening, and go to the fever clinic for blood routine, C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), lung CT and throat swab novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection. , screening suspected and confirmed cases of infection in novel coronavirus, suspected and confirmed cases can not enter the dialysis ward for dialysis treatment.

4. For suspected cases and confirmed cases, it is necessary to enter designated hospitals and corresponding departments for bedside blood purification treatment. Bedside disinfection and isolation measures shall be implemented according to the new treatment standard for coronavirus infection.

In 5.2 weeks, non-suspected patients from epidemic areas such as Wuhan, Hubei, or who may come into contact with novel coronavirus should enter the relatively isolated area of respiratory diseases for dialysis treatment. 6. For new dialysis patients, check blood routine, CRP, PCT, lung CT and novel coronavirus nucleic acid throat swab before admission. After two weeks of CRRT treatment in the general ward, those who have no obvious symptoms can enter the dialysis room for routine dialysis. For routine dialysis patients, it is recommended that all throat swabs be tested for novel coronavirus nucleic acid.
