Campus flag-raising platform

Readers, do you know where Longzhong Road Primary School in Yichang is located? What's in Longzhong Road Primary School? Hmm? I don't know if it is here. Let me introduce myself as a tour guide!

Longzhong Road Primary School is located next to Beishan Supermarket in downtown Yichang. From a distance, a magnificent building stands out, and that is my school. As soon as you enter the school gate, you can see the five-star red flag flying high and coming to the flag-raising platform. Look at the flagpole. It used to be silvery white, but after numerous storms, the paint on it began to fall off. Then why is it still standing there? There is only one reason. It has been putting a bright five-star red flag on its head and working hard for us. Look up at the five-star red flag and the five Venus embedded in it. Every time I see it, I feel that I should remind myself to be a good student with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. The three sides of the flag-raising platform are respectively protected by three iron wires. There are five rows of neat cockscomb flowers right in front of the wire, all handsome and personable, especially this flower, which is redder than the cock's cockscomb. After thinking about it, I always think it should be called sunset flower, because it is as red as sunset glow and as hot as fire.

Behind the flag-raising platform is a wall with nine bright characters written in the upper middle corner, which are "Create a paradise for birds to fly." The wall is covered with Parthenocissus tricuspidata, which is green. Under the sunlight, Parthenocissus tricuspidata has turned into a green lake.

In front of the flag-raising platform are two oval flower beds, each of which is planted with four tall and green pines and cypresses, which are endless all year round. Next to the pine and cypress, there are some green grasses, which add a beautiful posture to the pine and cypress.

Whenever the national anthem rings, I always stop and watch the five-star red flag rise slowly. This is a beautiful scenery. I like the flag-raising platform on our campus.
