The Daily Work of Young Volunteers Association of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University Transportation College

The Young Volunteers Association of Jiaotong University is a part of the work of the Youth League Committee of Jiaotong University. Before 2007, it was a department of the University Student Union. In the first semester of 2007-2008, I transferred from the Student Union to the Youth League Committee.

At present, the routine work of the Youth Volunteers Association of Jiaotong University is mainly to accept the tasks assigned by the Youth League Committee of the College, such as recruiting new students, being responsible for the logistics of activities, and assisting other departments to complete tasks. In addition, the Youth Volunteers Association of Jiaotong University also participates in the construction of some daily student activities in the college, such as participating in the completion of projects, assisting classes to complete projects, and witnessing class promotion meetings. Jiaotong University Young Volunteers Association is a branch of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University Young Volunteers Association, and accepts the tasks assigned by the Youth Association.

In the construction of its own department, the work of Jiaotong University Young Volunteers Association is mainly to face the registered volunteers and social institutions in the college.

In order to ensure the completion of all aspects of work, Jiaotong University Youth Volunteers Association regards routine work construction as an important part of its daily work, as follows:

Jiaotong University Youth Volunteers Association has a month-end summary meeting at the end of each month, and generally does not hold meetings unless there are important activities. When a new activity is to be launched, the Youth Volunteers Association of Jiaotong University will convene a meeting of relevant departments.

The summary at the end of the month is presided over by the president, mainly to summarize the work and activities of the month, and explain in detail how one thing was done, such as how to get in touch with newspapers and welfare organizations. After summing up the finished work, the president will let some officials take the stage to talk about their working feelings for one month.

In case of major activities, a meeting will be held with all the staff of the Youth Federation to decide relevant matters and assign tasks.

The activities of the Youth Volunteers Association of Jiaotong University are generally divided into planning, application, preliminary preparation, implementation and summary stages.

Planning is based on a certain understanding of the relevant situation. The president will explain the relevant situation to the staff of the planning and practice department, and then plan the activities freely in groups of 3-4 people and hand in the planning book. Finally, the president will make a better plan.

After the planning is approved by the superior, the relevant preparatory work can be carried out, which is generally completed by the staff of the event propaganda department, such as related posters, donation boxes, tools needed for the event, etc.

In the implementation stage, the president and vice president will lead all the members of the department to complete it together. After the activity, the personnel of the activity propaganda department are responsible for summarizing and writing relevant reports. After the relevant personnel have completed the assigned tasks, their completed tasks will be recorded for future evaluation. Volunteers will take notes after participating in the activities organized by the Youth Federation. At the end of the semester, the college youth association will take the volunteer card to the school youth association for stamp.

For the members of the Ministry of Family Care and Education, the Youth Federation will also prepare several forms for parents to sign and give feedback, so as to supervise and improve the service quality.
