The telecommunications network is always being used and suddenly the network is disconnected. This happens many times a day. A 10-second video has to be paused five or six times to watch it in full.

When connecting to the telecommunications broadband network, the connection is always disconnected. There are four possible causes of problems:

1. Network card;

2. "Cat" ;

3. The port corresponding to your number in the host computer room of the local network provider;

4. The port corresponding to your number in the switchboard of the regional network provider.

Solution:

1. Turn off the computer and "cat", and then turn them back on after 5 minutes.

2. Call the regional network provider service center (Telecom number 10000, China Netcom number 10060) and ask them to restart the port for you.

3. Contact the local computer room attendant and ask him to restart the port for you.

4. If the first three steps are invalid, one of your network card and "cat" must be broken (of course, the possibility of both things being broken at the same time cannot be ruled out).
