The first responsible person". Here, we propose:

First, reduce gathering activities. Weddings should be postponed, funerals should be kept simple, markets should not be held, non-essential gatherings and other activities should be avoided, and places with dense crowds or large flows of people should be avoided.

The second is to arrange travel reasonably. Recently, people from government agencies, enterprises and institutions in the county who live in the urban area are asked to stay in the county as much as possible to reduce travel between the two places. Residents who have travel plans should check the list of "National High- and Low-Risk Epidemic Areas" on the State Council's client and avoid traveling to risk areas unless necessary.

The third is to proactively report your itinerary.

All people coming to the county must proactively report to their community, unit, and hotel in advance, and cooperate with various measures such as nucleic acid testing, isolation control, and health monitoring.

The fourth is to actively implement “on-the-ground inspection”.
