The safety items for ground breaking operations are as follows:

4. If cables, pipelines and unidentified items are found during ground-breaking operation, the operation shall be stopped immediately, properly protected, and reported to the ground-breaking examination and approval unit for handling, and the ground-breaking operation can be continued only after measures are taken.
