Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Urban and Rural Planning Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation and other laws and regulations in order to standardize the outdoor advertising in this Municipality, make rational use of urban space resources, maintain city appearance and environmental sanitation, and serve economic and social development. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the establishment and management of outdoor advertisements in the urban area of this Municipality and the jurisdiction area of Wuxuan Airport.

These Measures shall apply to the setting and management of outdoor advertisements in all areas of Jiangbei Industrial Cluster, Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone and Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge Comprehensive Economic Development Zone in Anhui Province. Article 5 The municipal and district people's governments, the Administrative Committee of Jiangbei Industrial Cluster in Anhui Province, the Administrative Committee of Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the Administrative Committee of Wuhu Yangtze River Bridge Comprehensive Economic Development Zone shall establish a comprehensive coordination mechanism for outdoor advertising setting management, coordinate and solve major problems in outdoor advertising setting management, and supervise and manage the outdoor advertising setting work within their respective jurisdictions. Article 6 The urban administrative department is the competent department of outdoor advertising, responsible for the daily management of outdoor advertising, the examination and approval of large-scale outdoor advertising, and the comprehensive coordination of outdoor advertising management across administrative regions.
