In order to further strengthen urban traffic management, standardize vehicle operation order, purify traffic environment and reduce traffic accidents, three-wheeled and four-wheeled electric vehicles are not allowed to run.

According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transportation, the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Road Traffic Safety and the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management, the relevant matters concerning the prohibition of electric tricycles and electric wagons from passing through urban areas and banning their illegal operations are hereby notified as follows:

1. Prohibited vehicle types: all kinds of illegally assembled and modified electric (fuel) tricycles and four-wheeled vehicles; All kinds of electric (fuel) tricycles and four-wheeled vehicles illegally carry people and passengers.

2. Suspension time: from 7: 00 to 22: 00 every day.

3. No-go area: all sections in the enclosed area starting from Taishan Road in the east, developing Avenue in the west, Tuanjiehe Road in the south and Shuanggou Road (including the above sections) in the north, as well as sections around the high-speed entrances and exits and long-distance passenger stations such as Tongda Road, He Shan West Road and Suqian Avenue.

Four, in violation of this notice, respectively, by the functional departments in accordance with the provisions:

(1) If the above-mentioned prohibited vehicles violate the provisions of this circular, drive on the road and drive into the urban prohibited areas, the public security organs and urban management departments shall collect and dismantle the illegal power devices according to the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Road Traffic Safety and the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Urban Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management, and deal with them according to law.

(two) all kinds of electric (fuel) tricycles and four-wheeled vehicles that illegally carry passengers in violation of the provisions of this circular shall be investigated and dealt with by the road transport management department in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport and other laws and regulations.

(3) Enterprises and individuals that illegally produce, assemble, modify and sell electric tricycles and four-wheeled vehicles in violation of the provisions of this Circular shall be investigated and dealt with by the market supervision and management department in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and rules.

This notice shall come into force as of April 65438+6, 20 1 year. In 2009, the Notice of Sihong County People's Government on Prohibiting the Traffic of Electric Tricycles and Electric Four-Wheelers in the Main City and Banning Their Illegal Operation was abolished at the same time.
