Some drivers posted "Beware of Bears" on the rear window. What does it mean?

This "Bear Attention" is to remind people to pay attention to bears in Hokkaido, Japan, and serves as a warning. I really don’t understand why you posted a warning sign unique to the Hokkaido region of Japan in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Jinan, and even in Tibet and Xinjiang? I don’t think the Japanese will post “The Great Wall Will Never Fall Down” on their cars, or something like “Height limit 3 meters”. If they are willing, I will design an “Eighth Route Army Military Work Team” to let them post it. !
