Writing classics, inheriting civilization, and writing newspaper content by hand.

1. First, draw four borders on the handwritten newspaper, a cloud border and a square border on the left, a book border and a round border on the right, as shown below.

2. Then draw three children reading in the lower left corner of the handwritten newspaper, draw a little girl reading in the middle of the handwritten newspaper, and draw a pen container in the lower right corner, as shown below.

3. Then draw a circle of borders on the periphery, and draw clouds and letters around the borders, as shown in the figure below.

4. Start painting. First, paint the big border with yellow. On the periphery of the border, we paint a blue background color, as shown in the figure below.

5. Continue to paint the four borders with different colors, such as dark blue, pink, purple and sky blue, green grass and English letters, as shown in the figure below.

6. Finally, color all the characters, the pen container in the lower right corner is painted brown, the theme is written in the upper left corner, and the border is drawn, as shown below.
