Zhejiang Niutoushan National Forest Park is located in Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, 60 kilometers away from Wuyi County, 270 kilometers away from Hangzhou City, and 480 kilometers away from Shanghai. Geographical coordinates: 28°64 North Latitude ′, 119°46′ east longitude; total area is 1327.69 square hectares.

Zhejiang Niutoushan National Forest Park is an extension of the Xianxia Ridge Mountains and is full of peaks. It is a mid-mountain landform. The highest point of Niutoushan is 1,560 meters above sea level, and the lowest point is 380 meters above sea level. The cutting depth of the terrain reaches 200-400 meters, and there are intricate cliffs, cliffs and dangerous ravines.

There are more than 40 county-level cultural relics protection units such as Xunfeng Tower, Shiliang Jiawu, Mingyang Tower, and the Shang and Zhou Dynasty ruins in Fenghuang Mountain. There is a provincial-level Longtan-Guodong Scenic Area. Huashan, Taishan, Shi'eyan, Qingfengzhai, Shouxian Valley and other city and county-level scenic spots.
