Please fill in the Activity Registration Form (see attachment 1 for details) and send it to the mailbox for registration (limited to 40 people, 20 men and 20 women, first come, first served, until full). In order to ensure that the registration activities are carried out in an orderly manner and avoid missing reports, the organizer accepts electronic forms to register in a unified mailbox in principle, and all other mailboxes are invalid.

1. League organizations at all levels should mobilize extensively and organize personnel well. Before the handover on August 5 12:00, submit the registration form and registration statistics (see annex 1 and 2) to the designated email address of the event. Organizations, enterprises and institutions that accept the activities directly register in the form of teams and individuals, while the newspapers are full. When filling in the registration form, be sure to indicate the real ID number and micro-signal for easy confirmation.

2. Participants must complete the registration before the specified time and will not accept on-site registration. Successful young people must participate in activities with their ID cards and micro-signals within the specified time.
