What does a fast court mean?

The quick decision of the court usually means that the court has set up a trial court to carry out the civil quick decision procedure. The court of quick adjudication is different from the summary procedure stipulated in China's civil procedure law. The fast court can quickly hear and close simple small civil cases. Quick trial is simpler and more flexible. The appearance of fast loading procedure adapts to the development needs of society and judicial practice and is conducive to the popularization of justice. According to the law, in cases under the jurisdiction of the basic people's courts that may be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, the facts of the case are clear and the evidence is true and sufficient. If the defendant pleads guilty and agrees to apply the expedited procedure, the expedited procedure can be applied and the judge will try it alone. When a people's procuratorate brings a public prosecution, it may suggest that the people's court apply the expedited procedure.
