We were very lucky to participate in this activity and learned a lot from it.

as soon as we walked into Guanlan factory, the first impression the whole factory gave us was that it was large-scale, clean, bright and tidy, and the factory had a modern atmosphere. Innovation is the foundation, quality is life, pragmatism is the purpose, and efficiency is the goal.

Our itinerary is: visit the device factory, stationery production workshop-the whole factory area and office building-visit the exhibition hall of devices and stationery products-introduce the knowledge of product functions and processes in a unified way.

Maybe I grew up in the factory, and I was deeply impressed by the detail management, responsibility system and quality control of Guanlan Factory. We were also deeply impressed by the meticulous reception ring, meticulous attitude towards products and strict on-site management. The management system and responsibility system of Guanlan Factory are perfect. In the position of each department or production unit, there will be a sign on the head of the production line, which reads the responsible person ××××, with photos attached. Each unit will have a place to post the quality inspection and progress completion of the month, and there are many rules and regulations. Yang Gong, a senior engineer, introduced the product function and process knowledge. Their knowledge and propaganda ability of their products are worth learning. In the exhibition hall of Guanlan Factory, we can see their product introduction, technical indicators and comparison with other products, which clearly reflects the high quality of Qi Xin products, making customers more confident in buying Qi Xin products, and we are proud to be Qi Xin people.

In the workshop, there is a sign that says, "Speak softly, have a shorter temper, smile a little, have a sweeter mouth, have a positive attitude, complain less, use your brains more, be more generous, plan earlier, do more, take responsibility, carry out more, act faster, save resources and be more efficient." The factory is equipped with books for employees to learn, managers and employees live together, and equipped with billiards tables, table tennis tables and basketball courts for employees' entertainment to enrich employees' entertainment activities. From this, we can see the "people-oriented" human nature management.

Part II: Learning Experience from Visiting a Factory

On the afternoon of June 28th, members of the backbone training class of "Qingma Project" students visited Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which benefited me a lot.

The predecessor of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is Harbin No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory, a state-owned enterprise, which was founded in 195. At first, Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. mainly produced muscle and intravenous injections. It was the earliest enterprise specializing in the production of injections in Heilongjiang Province and the first enterprise in China to introduce foreign integrated injection production devices. This visit focused on showing us the first-class production devices and advanced product production processes. Strict quality assurance system and the historical development of Sanjing Pharmaceutical.

participating in this activity can not only walk into the Sanjing production workshop in person, but also see the whole production process of Sanjing products. I will take a closer look at the general building of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Factory. It has a visiting building, a living building and a gymnasium. Injection production workshop, etc., the road inside is very clean, and there is a zebra crossing. Many staff or visitors must walk on the zebra crossing when crossing the road. From this small detail, we can see that the management of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Factory is very strict!

It can be seen that the management system here is orderly, and there are bathhouses here, which are specially provided for employees. We came to the logistics distribution center next. As soon as we entered, we felt it was very big. This is the logistics distribution hall. It is the place where goods are put in and out of the warehouse. All the drugs in the box were packed, and then we continued to walk inside. We found that it was very dark and cold. These cases were packed and transported automatically by machines, and a person operated them on the machine console. The machine hoisted all the heavy boxes. After coming out of the logistics distribution hall, I found a big medicine bottle in the doorway of a building, which is the production and development department.

At present, Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has invested a lot of money in research and development of new products, and concentrated all aspects of resource advantages to form a "production generation". The product development model of "reserving one generation and developing one generation" has a strong momentum of subsequent development. Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has devoted itself to the cause of human health for more than 5 years. "Being an upright person and behaving properly in pharmacy" has been our corporate purpose for more than half a century. The sentence "Be a good person and behave well" is very reasonable! It also gave me a great feeling. I think Sanjing Pharmaceutical has a large scale.

His factory is so big and good, besides having good technology, advanced instruments, comprehensive talents and so on. It also has one of the most important qualities, that is, the quality of being a human being. Only by being a good person first can we do good things! I want to learn medicine knowledge well and cultivate my communication skills. Be a comprehensive talents with good qualities, and then be a useful person to society.

article 3: learning experience from visiting the factory

on April 25th, Ningning school organized activities and visited Master Kong's instant noodle factory. After coming back, I wrote it and never released it. Today, I took the time to publish it with pictures, or it will be a month!

Ms. Song, the head teacher of Ningning, sent a short message to parents a few days ago, saying that she would organize a visit to the moral education base in the near future. Because the children are relatively young, she suggested that parents could help provide the production workshops that children are interested in and visit the Mengniu production line that they visited last year. The children liked it very much. Later, wangyingchen's mother helped contact Master Kong's instant noodle factory to visit. Ningning was very excited when she learned that the school would organize a visit to the instant noodle factory. However, when the trip was about to take place, there was another problem. Because the school did not allow arbitrary charges, Teacher Song asked parents for help to see who could borrow the bus. Teacher Song sent a message to the class group, but no parents responded, because there are too few units with big customers now, and most of them have implemented car reform and stopped raising big customers. Teacher Song is also in a hurry, because he can't visit the distant instant noodle factory without a big guest, so he can only visit the nearby museum. In order not to disappoint the children, some parents suggested that parents organize to rent a big car by themselves, and everyone gathered to respond. Just then, Teacher Song said that a parent helped to receive a big guest! So, everything went according to plan.

Today, on the morning of April 25th, it was raining heavily and windy outside, and there were umbrellas damaged by the wind everywhere on the road. There was a traffic jam on the road. I parked my car in Ping 'an backyard and operated on Ningning and Xuanxuan's mother's shoulder joint. Recently, I have been helping to send Xuanxuan to school, and then I waited outside the school with my camera as planned. At 8 o'clock, I called wangyingchen's mother to make sure everything was normal, so I took my equipment to Ningning School. Entering the corridor of the teaching building, Ningning's classmates have lined up in the corridor. Teacher Song is arranging for two people to play an umbrella and then set off. Although there is rain everywhere, the children don't care, and they don't hide when they see puddles. I will remind everyone to pay attention. Other parents also helped to keep order, and the children finally got on the bus. Teacher Song and wangyingchen's mother arranged for carsick students to take their pockets and sit in the front row. It's not easy to hold an activity!

after it's done, the car starts, because it's the morning rush hour, and the car stops and stops. After a while of silence, the children's laughter gradually increases. Teacher Song and Miss Wang keep reminding naughty children to observe discipline. The little guys soon found it fun to write and draw on the car glass covered with water vapor, so they wrote and drew on the window while the teacher was not paying attention, secretly laughing, and some even exchanged small gifts. when we arrived at the instant noodle factory, the staff who greeted us first took the children to a conference room and organized them to watch a publicity short film about Master Kong's corporate culture. After watching it, the staff smiled and asked, "What did you see in the short film?" A classmate stood up and answered, "I see instant noodles!" " The adults couldn't help laughing, and it seems that they are thinking about instant noodles!

then take a break, take a group photo, and get on the bus and go to the production workshop. Going up to the second floor of the production workshop, looking through the window, there are instant noodle production lines running at high speed. The technicians were very professional. They gathered the children together and introduced them from the first flour mixing workshop. Not only did they talk about some very professional terms, but they also felt funny after the lecture: "It's too professional, you don't understand, it's just ..." So they told their professional knowledge in popular words. The production process of each production line is introduced in detail, from the mixing of flour to the production of flour cakes, oiling, cooling and packaging. While listening, the children huddled in front of the window to watch the huge machine constantly producing instant noodles, marveling at the rapid speed and huge production capacity!

after the technical staff explained, the children had the freedom to visit for a while, and each of them carefully looked at the parts of interest, and then concentrated on the bus, ending today's visit. When I was about to leave the factory, my uncle and aunt who led the children to visit came to the car to say goodbye to everyone, and brought a box of new products "crisp noodles" that have not yet been listed to the children, and each of them gave out a bag! Now the children cheered and were so happy to have food! Tian Xuanning told me yesterday that when she visited the instant noodle factory, she really wanted crisp noodles. Now the little guy's wish has come true! When I was making a video for everyone, I went to Ningning's side and pinched Ningning's chubby face. Ningning said happily to me, "This is exactly what I like to eat. I am so happy!" For fear of getting the car dirty, Mr. Song asked to go back to school to eat, so the children sat in the car with instant noodles eagerly, presumably looking forward to returning to school soon!
