Regulations of Lanzhou Municipality on Traffic Restrictions

1) Time limit: 7: 00-20: 00 every day.

(2) Restricted range: all roads west of Taoshuping Sancha Road, south of Beibinhe Road, Jingyuan Road and Yanchang Road, north of Nanshan Station Road, Gong Lin Road, Langongping Road and Yanjiaping Road, and east of Wuwei Road, Dunhuang Road and Qilihe Bridge (including the above sections).

(3) Traffic restriction: all motor vehicles are restricted in turn according to the date corresponding to the tail number of the license plate, that is:

Motor vehicles with license plate numbers L and 6;

The time limit is 1, 6th, 1 1, 16, 2 1, 26th, 31every month;

Motor vehicles with license plate numbers 2 and 7;

The 2nd, 7th,12nd,17th, 22nd and 27th of each month are the time limits;

Motor vehicles with license plate numbers 3 and 8;

The 3rd, 8th,13rd,18th, 23rd and 28th of each month are the time limits;

Motor vehicles with license plate numbers 4 and 9;

The 4th, 9th,14th,19th, 24th and 29th of each month are the time limits;

Motor vehicles with license plate numbers 5 and 0;

The 5th,10th,15th, 20th, 25th and 30th of each month are the time limits.

Motor vehicles coming from other places to Lanzhou are not allowed within 3 days, with road and bridge toll bills.

(4) Special access. The following motor vehicles are not subject to the above provisions:

1, military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and other special vehicles;

, buses, road buses, taxis (the original single and double-day operation regulations remain unchanged), coaches and buses with more than 9 seats (including 9 seats);

3. Administrative law enforcement vehicles, special postal vehicles and special vehicles for clearing obstacles with unified signs and performing tasks;

Special operation vehicles of sanitation, gardening and road maintenance departments, and funeral vehicles of funeral homes;

5. Vehicles that really need to pass in an emergency, such as transporting critically ill patients (written explanations and supporting materials must be provided to the traffic police brigade in the former and later jurisdictions);

6, confidential communication, transportation of important city production and living materials and other special circumstances really need to pass the vehicle (issued by the traffic police detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau).
