(8) Article 15 is amended as: "The market supervision department is responsible for the daily supervision and management of the farmer's market and performs the following duties:

(3) to supervise and manage the transactions, catering services, measurement, clearly marked prices and unfair prices of farmers' markets according to law;

(4) to supervise and test livestock and poultry products, aquatic products, vegetables, fruits and other agricultural products in the farmer's market;

(5) investigate and deal with illegal acts according to law and maintain market order;

(6) Other duties as stipulated by laws and regulations. "

(9) Article 16 is amended as: "The competent department of natural resources and planning shall supervise, inspect and verify whether the construction of farmers' markets meets the planning requirements.

the comprehensive administrative law enforcement (urban management) department is responsible for rectifying the surrounding environment of the farmer's market, supervising and managing the city appearance and environmental sanitation of the farmer's market, and investigating and handling illegal acts according to law.

the competent agricultural and rural authorities should strictly implement the system of granting agricultural products quality, and supervise and manage them according to law.

the competent department of housing and urban and rural construction shall, in accordance with the special planning of the farmers' market, guide the construction of farmers' market facilities, and supervise and manage the construction quality of farmers' market facilities.

the competent department of ecological environment shall make an environmental impact assessment on the construction of farmers' markets according to law, and urge the implementation that pollution prevention facilities of construction projects are designed, constructed and put into use simultaneously with the main project.

public security organs should strengthen the public security management of farmers' markets according to law, and urge market operators to establish security agencies and implement security measures.

the emergency management department is responsible for the supervision and management of the implementation of fire laws and regulations in the farmer's market, and the fire rescue agency at the same level is responsible for the implementation and investigation of illegal acts according to law.
