After the goal was established, we decided to establish Jiyuan Yellow River Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd. with the advantages of resources, talents and technology, and implement joint-stock operation, engaged in afforestation in barren hills, garden design and construction, passage greening, seedling cultivation and sales. In the past three years, the company has undertaken more than 30 design and construction businesses, creating an output value of more than 5 million yuan and increasing fixed assets by more than 800 million yuan. In order to develop together with the garden company, our farm recovered the land contracted to farmers in the past, leased more than 100 mu of nursery land, and all cultivated green seedlings, forming a good industrial chain. Through the establishment of the garden company, not only more than 20 laid-off workers were arranged, but also some laid-off workers were recruited from the society and some employees' children were arranged for employment. A garden company was established, and the per capita annual income increased by more than 2,000 yuan through employees' participation in shares and dividends and overtime work in the company. In 20 years, he reached an agreement with Henan Forestry School to take the forest farm as the practice base of the school. We have received thousands of students in the past few years. At the beginning of 20**, when we learned that the Xiaolangdi Positioning Research Station of China Forest Network Ecosystem would be built in Xiaolangdi Reservoir Area, we actively contacted the relevant personnel of the National Academy of Forestry and promised to provide experimental forest land and land free of charge, and do a good job in various services. 1, the nature of the forest farm is uncertain and the system is not smooth. At present, the forest farm is a poor household and implements enterprise management. Employees are neither national industrial workers, nor employees of public institutions, nor farmers. In management, the state only invests in forestry construction, but does not give funds to the production and technology of forest farms, and wages and benefits are seriously insufficient. It is difficult to start a promising project because there is no start-up capital. The forest farm wants to engage in some scientific research projects, because it can't do it without scientific research funds. Forest farms are engaged in public welfare undertakings, pursuing ecological and social benefits, and have almost no economic benefits. 2. The infrastructure of the forest farm is backward, the houses in the forest area are dilapidated, and it is difficult to draft. Most forest protection houses in forest areas were built in 1950s. State-owned forest land and collective forest land crisscross, but the management and protection personnel approved by the higher authorities are few (5700 mu/person), and the funds are insufficient, so it is difficult to manage and protect forest resources.
