When it is predicted that the air pollution process needs to be strengthened, in accordance with the requirements of regional joint prevention and control, except for vehicles that guarantee the normal operation of the city, vehicles that meet the needs of the Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games, public transportation and new energy vehicles, other motor vehicles drive according to the license plate number for a single day or even for several days, and 80% of the official vehicles of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels in this city are stopped; In addition to sports events, people's livelihood security and emergency rescue, medium and heavy fuel (gas) vehicles are not allowed to drive on the road.
