Inspect the production site. Check whether the town (township) has implemented its administrative responsibilities, and whether the main leaders and leaders in charge personally carry out safety production inspections; check whether the enterprise has implemented the main responsibilities, whether it actively participates in enterprise standardization construction, and whether it pays risk deposits, etc.

Three checks to check and troubleshoot the situation. Check whether the enterprise conducts daily inspections on its own safety, check whether the town (township) visits the enterprise for inspection in a timely manner, and whether it issues rectification instructions to enterprises with hidden dangers.

Four inspections on the implementation of rectifications. Compare the inspection records and rectification instructions to check whether the enterprise has rectified the inspection situation as scheduled; check whether the town (township) supervises the enterprise to implement rectification, and implement district-wide notification and criticism for those who fail to supervise and urge the company in place.

Responsibilities of the company’s full-time production safety management cadres:

1. Regularly organize production safety inspections and provide in-depth on-site guidance on production safety work. In the event of a particularly urgent and unsafe production situation, the company has the right to stop production and immediately report to the leadership for research and handling.

2. Develop and revise the production safety management system, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the system.

3. Participate in the review of design documents and project acceptance and commissioning of new construction, reconstruction, expansion, and overhaul projects.

4. Assist leaders to implement labor protection laws and systems and comprehensively manage daily safety production work.

5. Summarize and promote advanced experience in production safety, and assist relevant departments in promoting education and professional training on production safety.

6. Summarize and review safety production plans, and urge relevant departments to implement them according to the plan.

7. Participate in the investigation and handling of casualty accidents, be responsible for the statistics, analysis and reporting of casualty accidents, assist relevant departments in proposing measures to prevent accidents, and supervise their implementation.

8. Do a good job in information feedback, and immediately upload and distribute instructions from superiors and the situation at the grassroots level.

9. Organize relevant departments to study and formulate measures to prevent occupational hazards and supervise their implementation.

10. According to relevant regulations, formulate the unit’s labor protection equipment standards and supervise their implementation.
