Ningjinbo area is located in Ningjin County, Longyao County, Xinhe County and Julu County of Hebei Province in the south of Hebei Plain, mainly distributed in the southeast of Ningjin County and the northeast of Longyao, so it is called Ningjinbo.

Xingtai City Fire Rescue Detachment strengthened its duty, optimized its force dispatch, organized 19 professional formations of water rescue and combat support forces, and mobilized 26 fire fighters, 24 assault boats, 48 rubber boats and 12 sets of diving equipment.
