Constitutional oath procedure

The basic process of constitutional oath activity: preparation stage, oath ceremony, host's speech, oath and oath certificate.

1. preparatory stage: the institutions (such as the government and the courts) responsible for organizing the constitutional oath activities will carry out relevant work, including determining the time, place and participants of the activities.

2. Swearing ceremony: Constitutional swearing-in activities are usually held in solemn places, such as the constitutional swearing-in wall, the constitutional monument or the solemn conference room. People who take the oath usually include new officials, judges, military officers, police, civil servants and so on.

3. Moderator's speech: At the beginning of the ceremony, the moderator usually makes a speech, introducing the significance of the constitution and emphasizing the discipline and solemnity of the constitutional oath.

4. Oath: Afterwards, the oath taker will face the constitutional oath wall or the constitutional monument and take the oath by finger. Oath is a solemn commitment to the constitution, and the oath taker will repeat the oath, indicating that he will faithfully fulfill the provisions of the constitution.

5. Swearing certificate: After swearing, sworn personnel usually receive an oath certificate as a proof and commemoration for them.
