In the annual activities of striving for excellence and the party’s grassroots organization building, each party member did a personal analysis within the party, identified gaps, and actively made rectifications. After formulating an executable plan, work was carried out from four aspects:

Five outstanding young people have been sent to other places to participate in scientific breeding learning and training activities, and they have fully learned from the successful experience of others to revitalize the normal operation of the breeding farm.

4. Seize diversified development opportunities and realize energy reproduction. With the strong support of the party committee and government, Kaiba Village, while expanding pig breeding, uses existing pig manure as natural organic fertilizer, rationally develops and utilizes existing land resources, and combines natural ecology, folk customs and other favorable conditions to develop vegetable farming. There are more than 200 acres of planting base.
