Close coordination among multiple departments at the national level has effectively promoted the reduction of port charges.

According to calculations by relevant departments, the fee reduction for coastal port pilot agencies alone can save relevant enterprises a large amount of money every year. At present, my country's port charging levels are lower than those of neighboring countries such as Japan and Singapore, and much lower than those of European and American countries.

Third, it is more convenient to handle import and export procedures. Deepen the construction of a "single window" for international trade, continue to promote the coordination and simplification of cross-border trade data and documents, promote information sharing, business collaboration and process optimization between departments, and create a "one-stop" service platform that facilitates enterprises and benefits the people.

A number of cross-department applications such as online import tariff cooperation, online verification, and joint ship boarding have been launched, and the operation process has been changed from "series" to "parallel" to achieve one-window acceptance, joint inspection, and full tracking and feedback. As of now, the international trade “single window” is connected to 30 departmental systems.

819 services in 22 categories have been launched, with more than 6.2 million registered users and a daily business volume of up to 17 million declarations.
