2. The activity of "cultural assistance for the disabled" is rich in connotation, strong in operability and diverse in development forms. Among them, there are mainly: learning for the disabled, science and technology for the disabled, love to send magazines, love to send books, love to send drama.

"Helping disabled people learn": promoting and assisting the government and the public to help disabled people enter school; Advocate college, middle school and primary school students and intellectuals in society to provide educational services for disabled people and their children to help them improve their cultural level.

On March 5 18, the Red Pentagon Action Public Welfare Festival with the theme of "Warming China, Perceiving the Greatness of Life" was successfully held in Golden Sunshine Hotel, which was sponsored by the Organizing Committee of Fashion Creative Industry Expo in collaboration with Red Pentagon Action, China Social Welfare Foundation and Hainan Helping the Disabled Love Association and co-organized by Hainan Yiwu Tianxia Network Technology Co., Ltd.

4. The Red Pentagon Action Charity Festival was held in the same period of the exhibition, which was a grand event combining public welfare and luxury goods.
