Responsibilities of the Housing Security Section

Responsibilities of the real estate department

(1) Formulate the city's development plan, real estate market supervision and industrial policies and guide their implementation.

Responsibilities of the house expropriation department

(1) is responsible for drafting normative documents on housing expropriation and compensation in central cities.
