Xiao Qingzhou briefed the delegates on Haihua Group's continuous innovation and efforts to build a century-old Haihua. First, Haihua Group intensified technological innovation, constantly optimized and adjusted the industrial product structure, strengthened the salt chemical industry, grafted and transformed the petrochemical industry at a high level, actively developed the fine chemical industry, vigorously developed auxiliary industries, eliminated backward production capacity, and achieved sound and rapid development of the enterprise.

In 2006, the comprehensive energy consumption per 10,000 yuan output value of the group company decreased by 9.5% compared with the previous year, saving energy110.3 million tons of standard coal.
