16. During the main body and decoration construction, the construction unit must erect the outer frame and hang the safety net. Its "Scaffolding Erection and Disassembly Plan" should be submitted in writing to Party A for approval before it can be implemented. , the erection of scaffolding should comply with the "Safety Requirements for Scaffolding Erection", and special attention should be paid to the supervision of situations where the external frame connecting wall rods are removed at will just for the convenience of construction, which affects the safety of the scaffolding.

17. The construction unit should perform normal and regular maintenance on on-site machinery and equipment. The use of vertical transportation machinery (such as tower cranes, gantry frames, etc.) requires a license issued by the Labor Bureau before it can be used. For tower cranes on adjacent construction sites, all construction units should coordinate with each other to prevent tower crane collision accidents.

18. The construction unit should have a person in charge of construction at the construction site at all times, and there should be no phenomenon of no person in charge of construction. If the person in charge of construction is not available, a temporary person in charge should be designated.

19. The project manager or responsible foreman of the construction unit should arrive at the construction site on time when working.
