4. Competition Requirements
1. Debaters should wear neat and uniform clothing

Debate Competition Details
1. Time Tips
When the timer reminds you that the time is up, the speaker must stop speaking, otherwise it will be a violation.

At this stage, the debaters from the pros and cons take turns to speak automatically.
When the speaking debater takes his seat, it marks the end of the speech and the start of the other side's speech. The other side's debater must speak immediately; if there is a gap, the accumulation will continue as usual. There is no limit to the order in which debaters from the same side can speak. If one party's time has run out, the other party can continue to speak or signal to the chairperson to give up. Free debate advocates active confrontation. Points will be deducted for one side that avoids confrontation on important issues more than twice. If the other side still lingers on questions that have been answered clearly, the other side will be given appropriate deductions.
5. Closing argument
