Our production Class B strives to adapt to and participate in the reform, taking "Brand Project Year" as the main line of work, under the correct leadership and guidance of workshop leaders and the close unity and struggle of the whole class, taking "standardization, high efficiency and better" as the pursuit goal, taking people-oriented management as the breakthrough point, changing ideas, firmly establishing the awareness of development, competition and innovation, and vigorously promoting team building. Successfully complete the production tasks assigned by the factory and workshop; And can actively and orderly carry out all the work, team building has also been improved. The main work of the past year is now reported as follows:
First, we have established a new assembly line operation mode that conforms to the production and operation of our class.
At the beginning of the second venture, there are many problems that we need to think about. How to effectively standardize various small links in production is our current basic task. We need to standardize and deploy all kinds of expected links first, so that employees can have rules to follow and everyone can know fairly well. Coupled with the effective implementation of the "three decisions" work, employees' sense of crisis has been further enhanced, and further improving all aspects of knowledge has become a top priority for workshop employees. Facing the current form and task, our class must choose a set of operation mode that is more in line with the new line to adapt to our class's business activities in order to improve the team's work. After several months of continuous exploration and practice, the class committee of our class has summed up a set of operation modes that are more suitable for our class.
Secondly, a new production line equipment maintenance system is established.
"Product quality is reflected in the site", our workshop has always attached great importance to the image of the workshop, and now our workshop equipment has more than doubled. Doing site management and equipment maintenance well is an important content of new line management, and it is also the premise and foundation to ensure product quality. So how to do a good job in equipment maintenance is the focus of this year's work. According to the actual situation, the team formulated a set of rules and regulations for maintaining site management and equipment maintenance to standardize site management.
Three: strictly implement the production scheduling instructions and seriously organize production.
Whether the production of an enterprise can be carried out normally depends on the reasonable arrangement of production scheduling. Our production class resolutely obeys the instructions of production scheduling, laying the foundation for fully completing the annual production tasks. First of all, in the actual production process, the team can coordinate all aspects of work well, and start to carry out all work from two aspects: cultivating the quality of employees and improving work efficiency, effectively utilizing human resources to make reasonable arrangements and seriously organizing production. The output in the same period this year increased by more than 10% compared with last year. Secondly, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of team employees, the team gradually rotates employees, giving them the opportunity to contact and master the operational skills of various positions, and the team provides them with opportunities for job rotation, which further improves the comprehensive quality of employees.
Four: Ensure the "2000 Edition Quality Assurance System" to operate normally in this class, further strengthen process management, pay special attention to process control, and put an end to quality accidents.
Our team has been closely surrounding the operation of the 2000 quality assurance system, and it is very difficult to control the technical indicators of the equipment just after the technical transformation project is over. Under the correct guidance of the workshop and technicians, the team gradually controlled the indexes of each process within the technical requirements through continuous exploration and adjustment, coupled with continuous quality training and guidance for employees, and soon grew from the transition period to the mature period. In the actual production process, the product quality is mainly controlled through the cooperation of employees, and the product quality is better controlled by mutual supervision and verification before and after the process.
Fifth, strengthen team management, do a good job in team culture construction and enhance team cohesion.
This year, due to the need to standardize everything and the impact of SARS, we don't have much time for team activities, but we know that team cohesion is the key to the overall combat capability of a team, so we organized two very meaningful outdoor activities, which not only enhanced the understanding among team members, but also gave everyone a sense of self-esteem, which was of great help to future work. Secondly, the team gradually changed from the previous management mode to humanization. The team made the class committee do a lot of work, which made the class committee feel the pressure and their importance to the team, and let them take the initiative to make suggestions for the team. Through this year's running-in, the team has become a complete whole, in which everyone cooperates and understands each other, laying the foundation for future work.
Sixth, do a good job in political and ideological work and professional ethics education.
Mastering the personality, thoughts and work motivation of modern employees is the key to effectively organize production, but it is also the most uncertain factor in resources, which may change at any time.
