What are the precautions for IELTS test?

1. Login:

Please arrive at the test center before 8: 00 a.m. on the day of the test and stop admission at 8: 30. Candidates who are late will be treated as absent from the exam, and they will not be refunded, nor can they apply for transfer.

Find your name on the list posted in the examination room and remember your test number and examination room (or check the speaking time and test number online 2 days in advance)

Enter the examination room or waiting room according to the instructions of the test center staff.

2. Admission:

Wait in line outside the examination room according to the number order of candidates as required by the staff of the examination center (please use the bathroom before queuing).

You can only carry the same valid identification documents as when you registered. All other articles, including stationery, mobile phones, schoolbags, admission tickets and food and drinks, are not allowed to be brought into the examination room. Any personal belongings outside the examination room are lost or damaged at your own risk.

The ticket checking staff will call your name or test number and check your identity before you enter the examination room.

Find a seat and sit down according to the instructions of the check-in staff.

3. Check:

The exam starts at 9 am.

Note: During the morning exam, the invigilator will take away your ID card and return it to you before the writing exam is over.

1) Listening:

After all the candidates are seated, the invigilator begins to read out the relevant matters.

Fill in the listening/reading answer sheet according to the instructions (the listening and reading answer sheets are on both sides of a piece of paper)

Check your headphones according to the instructions.

The invigilator will distribute the listening test paper and ask you to fill in your name/test number on the cover.

The tape will prompt you when to open the test paper. Before that, you can't open the test paper.

Before the exam officially begins, the invigilator will ask you to check your headphones again.

Start playing the recording

The playback will end in about 40 minutes.

Put down the pencil as instructed, and the invigilator will take away your listening test paper.

2) reading:

The invigilator will give you a reading paper and ask you to fill in your name/test number on the cover.

Don't open the test paper until the invigilator tells you to start.

Reading test begins

The reading test will end in 60 minutes.

Put down the pencil as instructed, and the invigilator will take away your answer sheet and read the test paper.

Third, writing:

Please fill in the relevant information on the writing answer sheet according to the instructions.

The invigilator will send you a letter paper.

Don't open the test paper until the invigilator tells you to start.

The writing exam has begun.

The writing exam ends in 60 minutes.

Please bring your ID card and desk list (the desk list was given to you in the written test).

Sign in at the entrance (may vary according to the examination room)

Enter the waiting room according to the instructions of the test center staff.

After being called, wait at the entrance of the examination room. Don't knock. The examiner will invite you into the interview room.

Oral test (1 1 to 14 minutes)

After the oral examination, leave the examination room immediately according to the designated route.

Don't talk about your exam with anyone, otherwise you will be regarded as violating the exam rules and may have your exam results cancelled.
