1. The following two kinds of documents will be used as the credentials for entering the community:

1. Access Card: (Access Card is only used as the identity certificate for entering and leaving the community, not as the identity certificate of the owner), and the access card holders can be the owner, the owner's family, relatives, tenants and nannies, etc.

2. Temporary Community Pass: used by all construction workers and temporary people (delivering newspapers, mails, etc.) in the community;

3. Temporary visitors shall go through the visitor registration formalities at Bao 'anmengang with valid certificates.

2. Handling the Access Card:

1. The owner himself goes to the front desk of the management office on the ground floor of the D5 building in the community to put forward the demand.

2. The front desk personnel verify the identity of the owner (non-owner must bring a copy of the owner's ID card and the owner's power of attorney) and collect a copy of the access card holder's ID card (the property is retained);

3. Ask the owner to fill in the Registration Form for Access Card Handling and sign the Commitment Letter for Access Card Handling;

4. The registered personnel in the Owner's Information Registration Form will charge 2 yuan/person for the access card, and the access card will not be returned.

5. Those who are not registered in the Owner's Information Registration Form should apply for an access card deposit 5 yuan/Certificate (when returning the card, the deposit will be returned without interest after the access card is inspected to be in good condition, and the deposit will not be returned if the deposit receipt is lost, or if the access card is damaged).

6. The longest valid period of the access card for those who are not registered in the Owner's Information Registration Form is 6 months. If it is used for more than 6 months, the 1 yuan/certificate will be charged for returning the card.
