Recently, the hidden spread of the epidemic in our city has been caused by the high mobility of decoration and maintenance employees. , which has caused many people to be infected and spread to many counties. To this end, the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Emergency Headquarters has decided to strengthen epidemic prevention and control management in decoration and maintenance and other industries. The announcement is as follows:

1. All decoration and maintenance places in the city will suspend construction for 5 days. Comprehensively investigate the epidemic risks of decoration and maintenance practitioners in the city. All decoration and maintenance companies must re-register their employees one by one and report to the local housing and construction department. Relevant practitioners without a fixed unit must take the initiative to report through the 12345 hotline. The local housing construction, real estate, human resources and social affairs, civil affairs and other departments and communities are responsible for checking and registering to ensure that no place or person is missed. All hardware and building materials markets and stores in the city must fully implement the "place code". Employees must participate in nucleic acid testing every day. Entering the hardware and building materials markets and stores must accept the "two codes" and 24-hour nucleic acid sampling reports.

2. Comprehensively implement “two inspections and one inspection”. "Entry inspection" means that all crossings and stations in the city must continue to strictly implement entrance inspection; "exit inspection" means employees in decoration and maintenance, express delivery, takeout, security, cleaning, housekeeping, etc. who are highly mobile due to their work characteristics. Unless there is an emergency, you must take samples before going out every morning, and your unit must allow you to be late; "door-inspection" means that all people in the city must undergo inspection when entering public places, communities, government agencies, enterprises, and institutions, etc. "Two codes" and 24-hour nucleic acid sampling report.

3. All personnel who enter and engage in service work in the city must strictly implement the "one inspection a day" and wear masks throughout the service process. If they have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, etc., they are not allowed to enter the hospital. Door-to-door service, and immediately call the 12345 hotline for help, so that you can be sent to the nearest fever clinic of a designated medical institution for treatment in a timely manner.

4. Recently, it has been discovered that a very small number of personnel have neglected or even ignored their responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, which has caused the spread of the epidemic. They have been suspected of crimes and are being dealt with in accordance with the law and will be announced to the public soon. Territories, industry departments, units and individuals must strictly implement the "four party responsibilities" for epidemic prevention and control, and are strictly prohibited from defaulting on their responsibilities and dereliction of duty.
