In order to ensure that the mental health association has fresh blood and sufficient psychological reserve force, more students can have a healthy mind and body, and the organization work of clubs and schools can be carried out more effectively. Constantly replace the staff of the community department, strengthen the team of mental health associations, ensure the continuity of work, and let college students' mental health be distributed in every corner of the campus. Let students participate in the work at the same time, so that their self-cultivation and ability are constantly improved, and they can better understand the knowledge of mental health. Every year, our association will carry out recruitment activities.

VIII. Recruitment activity process

(I) Pre-activity preparation

1. Person in charge of the activity department: Zheng Changren ()

Responsible for the preparation of the required items on the day of the activity, which will be completed before 6 pm the day before the activity.

2. Head of Propaganda Department

Zhao Yuhang ()

Responsible for content: designing the exhibition board for recruiting activities, introducing the knowledge about mental health association, and presenting and publicizing it on the morning of recruiting.

3. Person in charge of logistics department: Cen Xun ()

Responsible for preparing bees, work cards, pens, paper and water needed on the day of the activity, which should be completed before 6 pm the day before the activity.

4. Planning Department

Person in charge: Chen Hualing ()

Responsibilities: Responsible for planning activities, arranging and coordinating the work of various departments, and finishing the activities one week ago.

5. Head of Secretarial Department

: Lu Ya ()

Responsible for the content: prepare the resume form for recruitment and some related information on mental health, which will be completed before 6 pm the day before the activity.

(2) On the day of recruitment

1. Meet at the place designated by the HKCSS and assign relevant work.

2. He Jiaxin (), head of the discipline inspection department, signs in and signs out, manages recruitment expenses, issues recruitment forms and makes statistics.

3. The secretarial department is responsible for taking photos.

(3) Late recruitment stage

1. The secretarial department should write the briefing and summary of this activity and finish it before 22 o'clock on the day of the activity.

2. The chairman will arrange the specific time, content and division of labor for the interview.

3. Each department will review the students who have passed the interview and send a message to inform them.

IX. Emergency Plan

1. In case of unexpected events or special circumstances, report to the President in time.

2. If it rains that day, prepare two or three tents, depending on the weather conditions that day.

X. Precautions

1. Members of non-special circumstances associations are not allowed to ask for leave or be late.

2. Arrange the division of labor reasonably and pay attention to your own safety.

3. At the beginning of September, all members of the club should submit the course schedule so that they can be on duty when recruiting new students.
