(2) There should be enclosures around the construction site that are isolated from the outside world. There should be signs with the name of the project and the name of the construction unit at the entrance, as well as construction site layout plans, construction overview sheets, and safety records (or "Construction Site Safety Management Regulations"). This enables people who enter the construction site to have a basic understanding of the project and pay attention to safety advice.
