Article 3 Agricultural supplies stores referred to in these Measures refer to agricultural supplies stores that have been established, met the prescribed conditions and been approved for listing.

Article 4 The application and management of "Agricultural Supplies Safe Store" follows the principle of "voluntary declaration, active creation, assessment and licensing, and dynamic management"

3. Use measuring instruments that comply with national regulations.

4. There are storage facilities, safety protection facilities, fire safety facilities, first aid facilities and corresponding management systems that match the agricultural commodities they operate, and warning signs such as "No Open Fire" are placed in prominent locations. Article 9 Implement sales commitment and credit card system. The operating unit shall disclose its commitment to civilized and honest operations to the public, make a written commitment to the industrial and commercial department, and have a letter of responsibility for agricultural input market operations signed with the industrial and commercial department in the jurisdiction, clarifying its responsibilities and obligations. In the process of selling goods, the business unit has formal invoices and agricultural commodity quality credit cards issued to consumers.

Article 10: The credit rating of "Agricultural Supplies Safe Store" reaches A level and has not been punished by the industrial and commercial administrative organs and relevant administrative law enforcement departments for illegal activities.

Chapter 3 Assessment and Management of Safe Agricultural Supplies Stores
