The third is to strengthen the management of storage media. According to the requirements of the state and the province to carry out self-inspection and self-evaluation of confidentiality of government organs and units, in order to promote the in-depth development of self-inspection and self-evaluation of confidentiality of government organs and units, and strive to achieve the goal of being effective at the beginning of the year and having great results in two years, recently, the Provincial Secrecy Bureau conducted special supervision on the self-inspection and self-evaluation of confidentiality of our city.

The inspection team listened to the report on the self-inspection and supervision of confidentiality work in our city, inspected the construction of confidentiality system, the management of confidential matters and the management of confidential personnel in the Municipal Legal Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Women's Federation and the Heshan Housing and Construction Bureau, and inspected the construction of confidential rooms on the spot, focusing on the use of computers.

The inspection team fully affirmed the achievements of our city's confidential self-inspection and self-evaluation, and thought that our city attached great importance to it, deployed it quickly, made clear the time nodes and specific work arrangements, and put forward four inspection requirements for all units at all levels. The inspection of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, the Municipal Land Reserve Center and other units has been completed, and the effect is good. In particular, this work will be included in the annual confidential work evaluation, which requires government agencies to conduct two confidential self-examination and self-assessment, and the annual confidential work evaluation will be regarded as a part of the city's work style construction evaluation, which is directly linked to the evaluation and performance, greatly promoting the confidential self-examination and self-assessment, which is worth popularizing. At the same time, the inspection team also pointed out the shortcomings found in the inspection process and put forward three guarantees for the inspection work: First, we must ensure the inspection coverage; The second is to ensure the quality of supervision; The third is to ensure the establishment of a long-term mechanism.

Next, the city will strictly follow the three requirements put forward by the inspection team, and do a good job in confidential self-inspection, self-evaluation and supervision. First, by the end of September this year, 75 cities, provincial units and 4 cities (districts) will be inspected, and all cities (districts) will be carried out simultaneously, with a coverage rate of over 50%. By the end of next year, the inspection tasks of government agencies and units at all levels will be fully completed. Second, careful organization and implementation, strict supervision and discipline, and timely review of areas and departments with many problems and hidden dangers found in supervision. The third is to supervise the normalized confidential inspection service in our city, and take the inspection results as an important basis for evaluation, commendation and interviews.
