X. Settlement and payment of project funds:

After the sub-projects contracted by Party B are completed in sections, the quality shall be self-inspected first, and then reported to Party A's quality inspection team and supervisor for acceptance. After the acceptance is up to standard, the sub-projects shall be handled with the acceptance certificate or quality certificate, and the project funds shall be settled in advance with this certificate.
