The history of Dujuan Mountain

When Shenzhen University was first established, the seaside sports ground and teachers' dormitory area of Shenzhen University were actually very close to the seaside. 1994 barbed wire was pulled along the seaside sports ground (now near the expressway) and there were border guards (armed police stood guard to prevent smuggling). Now, the land you see is filled by the ocean. It turns out that many roadside weeds are half a meter high and there are many snakes. There are large areas of lush weeds outside many dormitories. The school decided to weed because 1994-95 students of Pinus tabulaeformis, Betula platyphylla and Zhujin were bitten by poisonous snakes. Everyone is very careful when walking at night. Most places in Shenzhen are mass graves, and they are very dense. The darkest place is Mount Dufu. In the wave of escaping from Hong Kong in the 1960s and 1970s, a considerable number of people were shot dead in Dufu Mountain (note: Dufu Mountain is near the sea and Hong Kong). According to legend, when the school was founded, the first principal believed in geomantic omen, so in order to curb the dark azalea mountain, the section from the library to the azalea mountain was laid out in a pattern: the azalea mountain was a grave bag, Block E was a censer, and a large section of grass from Block E to the North Library was actually a shady place. There are two hollow things facing the cuckoo mountain under the library gate, which are actually two ghost lights (basically everyone thinks these two things are quite strange). On the first floor of the North Library, there is a wall opposite Dufu Mountain, and there are eight diagrams on the wall. Outside the first floor of the library, there are six semi-circular places for people to rest. According to some people, their graves are like this. It is speculated that this pattern is to let Du Fushan and other ghosts rest in peace.
