Opening hours of Sanqing Expressway

The construction of Geshan Tunnel, Xishanying Tunnel and Xiangyangshan Tunnel started in the entire control project of Sanqing Expressway (Kunming Section), and the project is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2023. The full name of Sanqing Expressway is Qujing Sanbao-Kunming Qingshui Expressway, which is an important channel for Yunnan Province to go out of the province and enter Yunnan. In order to ensure the opening of the Qujing Ring Road section of Sanqing Expressway at the end of the year, Qujing City Federation of Trade Unions, Qujing Municipal Transportation Bureau, China Construction (Yunnan) Investment and Development Co., Ltd., China Construction Second Bureau Yunnan Branch and other units launched the "Hundred Days" labor competition, which promoted the smooth realization of the project through competition activities such as quality, progress, safe production, civilized construction and environmental protection, and migrant workers.

Sanqing Expressway starts from Sanbao in Qujing and ends at Qingshui in Kunming, with a total length of 128km, six lanes in both directions and a design speed of 100km. At present, Sanqing Expressway (Qujing section) has been completed, and Kunming section is expected to open to traffic by the end of 2023. As one of the key construction projects in Yunnan Province, Sanqing Expressway will be connected with Xinkunsong Expressway, Huang Ma Expressway, Kunming Ring Expressway (outer ring), Kunqu Expressway, Qulu Expressway and Qusheng Expressway after the whole section is opened to traffic, and will become a transit traffic artery in many places inside and outside the province.

Twenty-third highway construction projects should implement the legal person responsibility system, bidding system and project supervision system in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

Article 24 Highway construction units shall, according to the characteristics and technical requirements of highway construction projects, select survey and design units, construction units and engineering supervision units with corresponding qualifications, and sign contracts respectively in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and rules and the requirements of highway engineering technical standards to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.

Twenty-fifth highway construction projects must be submitted to the transportation departments of local people's governments at or above the county level for approval in accordance with the provisions of the transportation departments of the State Council.

Design units, construction units and engineering supervision units undertaking highway construction projects shall establish and improve the quality assurance system in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, implement the post responsibility system, design, construct and supervise in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, rules and technical standards for highway engineering and the contract, so as to ensure the quality of highway engineering.
