Identification standard of controlled tools

The identification standards of controlled knives include daggers, triangular scrapers and spring knives with self-locking devices. Minors may not carry controlled knives.

Carrying controlled knives poses a serious threat to social order and public safety. In adolescence, the imbalance between body and mind caused by physiological and psychological changes and the contradiction between the development of self-consciousness and its social status cause emotional opposition, which leads to emotional instability, irritability, impulsiveness and poor self-control. So carrying controlled knives is more likely to pose a threat to social order and the personal safety of others. So minors are not allowed to carry controlled knives.

Second, the provisions of the control tools

The control of some knives is related to production, sales, use, management and other related departments, and to the production and life of some people. Local people's governments should strengthen leadership and conscientiously implement it in accordance with the Interim Provisions and the spirit of this notice, combined with local conditions. Public security, light industry, commerce, supply and marketing and other relevant departments should cooperate closely to publicize, educate and clean up the masses. Control the inventory of knives, collect scattered weapons, dispose of them in accordance with relevant regulations, do a good job in the certification, use and management of manufacturers, workshops and distribution shops, and establish and improve various management systems.

Third, the law stipulates that

Article 32 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment stipulates that those who illegally carry guns, ammunition, crossbows, daggers and other state-regulated instruments shall be detained for not more than five days and may be fined not more than 500 yuan; If the circumstances are minor, a warning or a fine of not more than 200 yuan shall be imposed. Whoever illegally carries guns, ammunition, crossbows, daggers and other state-regulated control devices into public places or public transport shall be detained for more than 5 days 10 days, and may also be fined up to 500 yuan.
