How to install the supermarket shelves?

1, the hanging single-sided column with footing consists of three parts: column, footing and front baffle pendant. Before installation, check whether the parts are complete and the dimensions are correct. After inspection, install the anchor adjusting screw and adjust the height of the anchor screw according to the ground elevation.

2. After installing the columns, you can install the backboard (the advantage of installing the backboard first is that the columns on both sides can be fixed). Generally, the backboard is installed from bottom to top, and the hanging feet on both sides of the backboard are symmetrically inserted into the long holes on the inside of the column. The other backboards are installed in the same way.

3. The installation method of the front baffle is the same as that of the rear baffle. Insert the hanging feet of the front baffle symmetrically into the inner long holes of the front baffle pendant of the foot.

4. Next, install the bottom bottom plate and put the bottom plate into the groove of the footing. Note that the inside of the board should be attached to the back board to ensure that there is no obvious gap between it and the back board.

5. The installation position of the bracket is determined by the number of shelves. After determining the number of shelves, insert the brackets into the long holes on the inside of the column (the brackets and the backboard are placed in the same hole), and the brackets on both sides of the column should be horizontal.

6. After the bracket arm is installed, put the laminated board on the bracket arm on both sides smoothly and keep it seamless with the backboard. The same is true for other laminates.
