How to make nougat?

The preparation method of nougat is as follows:

1. Let's prepare all the materials and weigh them in advance.

2. Put the butter in a non-stick pan and melt it on low heat.

3. Completely melted butter.

4. Pour marshmallows into melted butter.

I still have a small torch to melt the marshmallows to the extent shown in the picture. I think both soft and hard are suitable.

6. Then add milk powder and cotton candy and mix well.
