What is the process of iqc quality exception handling?

After checking the abnormality, IQC will issue an abnormal procurement report, and all relevant departments of the company will hold a meeting to study whether it is acceptable.

If it is a small company, there is no need to hold a meeting to study it, and the person in charge of quality department will directly judge whether it is acceptable or not. The following will happen:

1: If it is judged that the special purchase is acceptable, IQC will put the special purchase mark into the warehouse.

2. If it is judged that the production department is processing or selecting, IQC will put a special picking sign on it and put it in storage. Later, IQC will count the number of defective products, and the man-hours used for processing or selection will be reported to the purchasing department and the finance department.

3. Make sure that the suppliers come to the factory for processing and selection, and IQC will affix the return label. After the suppliers come to the factory for processing and selection:

(1): qualified products shall be labeled as good products and put into storage. If the warehouse counts some defective products, it will be returned to the supplier.

(2): If there are defects, continue to rework.

4. If it is judged to be qualified, IQC will label it.
