Animal epidemic prevention supervision and inspection stations should be equipped with quarantine, disinfection, isolation, harmless treatment and other facilities and equipment in accordance with relevant national regulations. Article 12 When transporting animals and animal products into epidemic-free areas, the shipper shall provide the carrier with a valid quarantine certificate; the carrier shall carry the goods on the basis of a valid quarantine certificate.

The supervision and management of incoming and outgoing animals and animal products shall be implemented in accordance with the national regulations on the quarantine of incoming and outgoing animals and plants.

Repeated quarantine at animal epidemic prevention supervision and inspection stations is prohibited. Article 13 Anyone who transports animals or animal products by road into a disease-free area must pass the epidemic prevention inspection at the Animal Epidemic Prevention Supervision and Inspection Station before entering.

Animal epidemic prevention supervision and inspection stations shall, in accordance with relevant national and provincial regulations, inspect the quarantine of animals and animal products, the disinfection of transportation vehicles, and the immune labeling of pigs, cattle, and sheep. Animal breeding farms should establish archival information on the origin, immunization, medication and sales destination of animals.

Animal breeding units and individuals are not allowed to use expired and spoiled food, household garbage and waste food (swill) that has not been treated with high-temperature sterilization to feed animals.
