Since November 25, the results of three consecutive rounds of nucleic acid tests for all employees in our county have been negative. According to the relevant provisions of the "Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic and Doing Scientific and Accurate Prevention and Control Work" by the Comprehensive Group of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council in response to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, after research and decision, starting from 15:00 on November 28, 2022 Since then, the county has resumed normalized epidemic prevention and control in an orderly manner.

At present, the epidemic situation in surrounding areas is still severe, and the risk of imported cases is increasing. In order to effectively consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control in our county and firmly maintain the bottom line of no large-scale epidemic, we will now make the following announcements on normalized epidemic prevention and control in the county:

1. The county will resume normal travel. The majority of residents are advised not to leave the county unless necessary, reduce unnecessary movement, and avoid going to areas where the epidemic has occurred.

2. Strictly implement normalization measures. Territories, departments, units, and individuals must effectively fulfill the "four party responsibilities" for epidemic prevention and control. They must wear masks when entering and exiting villages, party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, village convenience service points, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets and other public places. Take temperature measurement, check health code, and present 48-hour nucleic acid negative report.

3. Resumption of business activities in an orderly manner. The opening of closed places such as catering, culture, sports, and entertainment is temporarily suspended. Other business premises must apply to industry authorities for resumption of business, and resume business in an orderly manner after being inspected and meeting standards. When business establishments resume business, they must implement capacity restrictions and must not exceed the maximum reception capacity of 50. Effective protective measures and relatively safe protective distances must be adopted to carry out relevant business activities.

4. Minimize the gathering of people. When holding meetings, trainings and other activities, the number of people should be controlled, and online meetings or video conferences should be held as much as possible. Prevention and control plans should be formulated for events with more than 50 people, and "whoever hosts the event will be responsible" and "whoever approves the event will be responsible." Cancel all exhibitions and sales activities. It is advocated to "delay red affairs, do white affairs briefly, and skip banquets".

5. Participate in nucleic acid testing in a standardized manner. The general public is requested to take good personal protection, take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid testing as required, and ensure that "everything should be tested and no one is missed". When queuing up for sampling, please obey the on-site arrangements, queue up in an orderly manner, wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the process, and do not gather or do not Talk, keep a distance of one meter, follow the guidance of on-site staff, and consciously abide by the testing order to minimize the risk of infection.

6. Take the initiative to report your personal itinerary. People coming to Sui must proactively report in advance, cooperate with staff at transportation stations, villages, units, hotels, etc. to truthfully register personal information, implement temperature measurement, code scanning, inspection and other prevention and control measures, wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the process, and pay attention to maintaining a safe distance. . For epidemic-related illegal and criminal acts such as deliberately concealing itineraries, evading inspections, refusing to implement prevention and control measures, etc., the public security organs will strictly pursue their legal responsibilities in accordance with relevant regulations.

7. Comply with home management regulations. Personnel under home medical observation are asked to live independently, provide disinfectants and other personal protective equipment in their rooms, and take good personal protection. Set up tables and stools at the door of the room for non-contact transfer of items without contact with family members. During the period of home isolation, family members are not allowed to go out. At the same time, personal health monitoring is done, and the home medical observation policy is implemented at the same time.

8. Do a good job in personal self-protection. Take the initiative to wear a mask when going out, and do not get together or gather. If symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of sense of smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms occur, you must immediately wear a mask and go to the hospital as soon as possible. Check and seek medical treatment in fever clinics, and do not take public transport on the way to medical treatment. If you find that the movement tracks of people infected with the new coronavirus have intersected in time and space in the past 7 days, or you have received epidemic reminder text messages or abnormal health codes, please take the initiative to report to the village, unit, hotel, etc. where the destination is located as soon as possible, and actively cooperate with the epidemic prevention personnel to implement Classified control measures.
