2. Collection requirements

1 , independently or as a family unit, create a handwritten newspaper with the theme of "Spring Festival" or "The Beginning of Spring" with a title of your own. The content may include but is not limited to introducing the origin and customs of the Spring Festival, Spring Festival music, Spring Festival memories, New Year's plans, New Year's wishes, New Year's scenery, etc.

2. The paper size is required to be A4 or A3 paper. Please indicate the title of the work and the name and age of the author in the lower right corner of the work.

3. Winning works will be notified by phone. Once the submitted manuscript is selected, it will be deemed that the contributor has exclusive, free, and long-term authorization for the organizer to exercise other legal rights except the right of authorship, including the sub-licensing of relevant rights. .

4. Exhibition of works

5. Award setting

The author of outstanding works will receive a New Year gift package. All interpretation rights belong to Yishui County Library.
