First of all, I would like to thank the party Committee of the company for organizing this training course for activists joining the party, and thank the party school teachers for their hard work.

Through this training and study, I have a more systematic and in-depth understanding of party constitution, the party's history, the party's basic line, Scientific Outlook on Development and the party's mass line. I have been sublimated in my understanding of the party and the cultivation of party spirit, and I deeply realize that to be a party member, I must establish a firm belief in productism, and at the same time, I have strengthened my determination to move closer to the party organization.

Although the training time is short, I have benefited a lot and felt a lot. Generally speaking, I have the following experiences:

1. Through this study, I have a more systematic understanding of the basic knowledge of the party, such as its history, nature, goals, purposes, organizational system and principles, and have a deeper understanding of the party.

China * is not only the vanguard of the working class in China, but also the vanguard of the people of China and the Chinese nation, and is the core of Socialism with Chinese characteristics's cause. China's national construction and national rejuvenation must rely on the strong leadership of China. China represents the development requirements of advanced productive forces in China, the orientation of advanced culture in China and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people in China.

The ideal and ultimate goal of the Party is to realize productism. The nature of the Party determines that China * is a great political party with selfless dedication, and has also laid the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. The ideological line of our party is to proceed from reality, integrate theory with practice, seek truth from facts, test truth in practice and develop truth. The party's fundamental principle is democratic centralism, the mass line is implemented, everything is for the masses, everything depends on the masses, from the masses to the masses.

Second, deepen the understanding and knowledge of xx Report, Scientific Outlook on Development and Chinese Dream.

Xx conference is a very important conference held in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It shows us what flag to raise, what road to take and what mental state to achieve in the next decade.

The xx report brought Scientific Outlook on Development into the Party's guiding ideology for the first time. This is the inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism, Deng Xiaoping Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and the crystallization of China's collective wisdom. Scientific Outlook on Development showed the world that our party is confident, sober, calm and in line with the trend of the times. The Chinese dream is an important force to unite and inspire people of all ethnic groups in China and an important symbol of comprehensive national strength.

Culture is the soul of a nation and the spiritual bond to maintain national unity and national unity. Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture is a symbol of Chinese national identity and a banner that unites the people of the whole country and Chinese people all over the world. Socialism with Chinese characteristics culture provides spiritual power and ideological guarantee for modernization.

Third, through learning, I have a clear understanding of the motivation to join the party.

The correct motivation to join the Party refers to the requirement to join the Party in order to join the cause of * * * productism and better serve the people on the basis of establishing the ideal of * * productism and the belief of serving the people wholeheartedly.

With the correct motivation to join the Party, we have a strong ideological motivation to join the Party, and under the impetus of this lasting internal motivation, we always strictly demand ourselves by party member standards and become a qualified party member. Fourth, see clearly your own gap and make clear the direction of your efforts.

Through this study, I further clarified the conditions, standards, rights and obligations of joining the party, and corrected the wrong mentality that I thought I could join the party as long as I did my job well.

I know I still have many shortcomings and deficiencies. With infinite respect and yearning for the party, I am determined to do the following in my future work and study:

(1) Starting from this study, further improve the consciousness of studying Marxist theory.

Seriously study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, study the party's line, principles, policies and resolutions, learn the party's basic knowledge, learn scientific culture and professional knowledge, and strive to improve the ability to serve the people. This is the primary obligation stipulated by party constitution.

* Members must understand that theoretical maturity is the basis of political maturity, and political sobriety comes from theoretical firmness. Only by assiduously studying Marxist theory can we strengthen our socialist ideals and beliefs, keep in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, unswervingly adhere to the Party's basic line, and always maintain the socialist purity that Communist party member should have under the complicated and changeable international environment and the new situation of deepening reform, opening wider to the outside world and vigorously developing the market economy.

In the new historical period, the contradictions and struggles in the ideological field are complicated. I want to strengthen ideological and political study, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, strengthen my ideals and beliefs, and consciously resist the influence of various wrong ideas and forces, so as to become a qualified builder and successor of the socialist cause.

(3) Strengthen practical training and strive to join the Party with practical actions.

I will try my best to join the party with two practical actions:

First, we should have a sincere and frank attitude and rely on sincere efforts to realize our desire to join the Party.

Second, we must have persistent perseverance and make unremitting efforts to realize our desire to join the Party.

I am always ready to consciously accept the various tests of the party organization, and I will use unremitting efforts to actively temper myself in practice. As a party activist and a key development target, I feel that I must always measure myself by party member's standards, be strict with myself by party member's conditions, and always show my vanguard and exemplary role among my classmates. Only in this way can I qualify to join this glorious and advanced organization.

Through this period of study, I have a clearer direction of efforts:

First, strengthen the study of political theory.

We should seriously study the scientific theoretical system of Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, which is the theory of the proletarian liberation movement and a powerful ideological weapon to guide the revolution and construction.

With this powerful ideological weapon, we can determine our correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, prevent and eliminate all kinds of wrong ideas, wrong tendencies and interference, take fewer detours and maintain the correct development direction.

On the other hand, we should study the Party's basic line, principles and policies. Only by studying and understanding carefully can we implement the party's line, principles and policies well, always keep in line with the CPC Central Committee, participate in reform, opening up and socialist modernization, and make contributions to economic development and social progress.

At this stage, we should seriously study Theory of Three Represents's theory. Theory of Three Represents contains many new ideas and viewpoints. It is of great guiding significance to strengthen and improve the Party's ideological and political work, comprehensively strengthen Party building and promote the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Second, strengthen your faith and study hard.

Third, redouble our efforts to learn scientific and cultural knowledge.

Only in this way can we contribute to the strength of the motherland.

Fourth, we should learn from our classmates.

In this training class, most students come to the classroom early in each class, listen carefully, take notes carefully and actively participate in the discussion. The serious attitude of most students in the training class affects each other. I feel a kind of energy and motivation from everyone.

By my side, there are many excellent teachers and outstanding activists. The spirit of self-denial, dedication, hardship first, enjoyment last and consideration for others everywhere has always infected me. In work, study and life, their conscientious working attitude has always been an example for me to learn and the direction of my efforts.

Fifth, it is very important to adhere to and correct the motivation to join the party.

Before joining the party, it is not a temporary problem, but a lifetime thing. As Comrade * said, "Many party member joined the Party organizationally, but not ideologically, or even completely. People who don't join the party ideologically still have a lot of exploiting class things in their minds, and they don't know what proletarian ideology is, what capitalism is and what the party is. " We should all take this as a warning. Regardless of whether you join the party organizationally or not, you should first join the party ideologically, and pay long-term attention to checking your motivation to join the party and overcome those incorrect ideas.

Of course, due to the tight time and heavy task of this training course, there are still many advanced ideas and theoretical essences of the party that have not been well understood and deeply understood. But I have firm ideals and confidence. As long as I make unremitting efforts and be strict with myself, I will digest and improve as soon as possible in my future study, work and life. With great excitement, I am very honored to participate in the training course for activists joining the Party organized by the Party Committee.

Through this study, I have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the nature, ultimate goal and tasks of the Party in the new period, and a systematic understanding of the basic conditions that party member should have in the new period and the rights and obligations of party member. More importantly, I can better correct my motivation to join the party and strive to join the party organization as soon as possible.

The following are some of my experiences in this party school study:

First of all, through systematic study, I deeply realize that China is the vanguard of the working class in China, the vanguard of the people of China and the Chinese nation, the leading core of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, representing the development requirements of advanced productive forces in China, the direction of advanced culture in China and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people in China.

This nature determines that China * is a great political party with selfless dedication and has laid the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. China * with a history of more than 90 years is a great, glorious and correct Marxist political party. Over the years, with the help of leaders and teachers and the education and care of Party organizations, I have determined the correct ideal and found ways and means to realize it. I firmly believe that joining China * is the right choice without regrets in my life.

Through this training and study, I have greatly improved politically and ideologically, especially knowing that as a member of China in the new period, I must be strict with myself, always play a vanguard and exemplary role, and truly play the role of a party member.

Secondly, through this training and study, my understanding of Socialism with Chinese characteristics has been further sublimated.

Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental achievement and direction of the development and progress of contemporary China, and this judgment does not come out of thin air. For more than 90 years, our Party has closely relied on the people, combined the basic principles of Marxism with China's reality and the characteristics of the times, independently followed its own path, endured hardships and paid various costs, won great victories in revolutionary construction and reform, created and developed Socialism with Chinese characteristics, and turned the poor and backward old China into the increasingly prosperous and powerful new China. The rejuvenation of the Chinese nation shows an unprecedented bright future.

From the riddled, poor and weak mess to a brand-new modern power; From "even tractors can't be built" to "world factory"; From the depression and suffering of people's livelihood to a well-off society and living and working in peace and contentment ... Practice has fully proved that Socialism with Chinese characteristics Road is the road to national rejuvenation, national prosperity and people's happiness.

Looking back, we can deeply feel that for China, a big eastern country with a large population and a weak foundation, the choice of road is very important, the exploration of road is arduous and tortuous, and the determination of road is hard-won.

On the one hand, Socialism with Chinese characteristics is not an unchangeable dogma, but a constantly enriched and open theoretical system, which keeps pace with the times to study new situations, solve new problems and sum up new experiences by means of consistent and relay exploration.

Thirdly, through studying, I also realize that there are many conditions and high requirements for joining the Party, and I find that I still have many shortcomings and deficiencies, and I still have a certain gap from being a real party member. So I am determined to improve myself from the following aspects in order to become an employee as soon as possible.

First of all, we must correct the motivation to join the party and understand its connotation. Because only with the correct motivation to join the Party can we serve the people wholeheartedly, stand the test of the Party and the people at any time, and truly become a qualified party member.
