What forms are needed for the track and field meeting?

There are four forms: field competition, competition, record checking and score checking. Each form is different. The field competition requires six scores and best scores, and the competition form only needs a few passes and scores. The preliminaries and finals can use the same form, but they need to be marked on the form. The record form is relatively simple, just type the athlete's number and name and add the trumpet at the back, and the score form should be formulated according to the competition content.
